The Embassy is our International Discipleship & Missions Center in Guatemala — a place being established for pastoral training, discipleship, missions experiences, leadership development, and ministry throughout Latin America and beyond.
Why "The Embassy"?
Because an embassy represents one nation living inside another. We believe this place will represent the Kingdom of God, a strategic place where believers from around the world gather to be equipped, challenged, and sent back into the nations with greater purpose.
We believe this property will be a strategy outpost for the Kingdom of God.
Every partnership helps move The Embassy closer to becoming a fully functioning place where people can be discipled, pastors can be trained, missionaries can be prepared, and churches can be strengthened.
Goal:
Establish a location where Christ's ambassadors are prepared, commissioned, and sent into the nations until every people has had the opportunity to hear the Gospel.

Step Away From Ministry to Invest in Your Team
Church leadership teams spend so much time serving together but rarely have the opportunity to intentionally grow together.
Bring your church leadership team to The Embassy for a focused Leadership Intensive with a strong emphasis on understanding discipleship, building trust, and aligning on things that matter .
Our standard experience is designed as a five-day retreat, arriving Monday and departing Friday, but every experience can be customized around the needs of your team.

These intensives use dynamic team experiences designed to push participants beyond their comfort zones, where real growth and trust are built through accomplishing difficult tasks together, having honest conversations, and sharing new experiences outside the normal pace of ministry.

Strengthen the people who are helping lead your church by providing them a life changing experience that will unite the team, address challenging hindering team health, and align the teams focus towards the mission of their ministry.

Help Prepare a Pastor. Help Plant a Church
For more than 20 years, UTRM has helped build houses of worship throughout Latin America. Pastor-to-Plant takes that work one step further by helping prepare the leader who will serve the community before we build the building.
A partnering church walks alongside a pastor or missionary through a multi-year journey of biblical education, practical ministry development, mentorship, and preparation for ministry.
Once the pastor is ready, a community has been identified, and property has been secured, UTRM works toward building a permanent house of worship where that ministry can grow.
The Partnership

Years 1–2 — Prepare & Launch

$1,250/month per year helps provide the candidate's education, housing, ministry development, mentorship, and ongoing preparation.

Church Plant — Build:

Help fund the construction of a permanent house of worship once the pastor and ministry are ready. Churches usually range between $35-45,000 depending on country, location, and church size.

Sponsoring churches/individuals will be invited to be part of key moments throughout the journey, including special visits to The Embassy, opportunities to connect with the pastor they are supporting, and participation in the final building project.
When the church is ready to launch, your team can come help build, celebrate, and take part in the dedication and inauguration of the new church.

Your church doesn't just fund a project. You walk alongside a pastor and can one day say, “We helped plant a church in this community.”

Through the Pastor & Church Plant Partnership, churches can walk alongside a pastor through a two-year journey of formation and ministry development—and ultimately help establish a thriving local church in the community God has called them to serve.
